La Peluquera

Francisca Herrera Neira, also known as La Peluquera, is a Chilean music producer and founder of La Peluquería Records. Since 2019, she has worked on producing and promoting independent artists, with a strong focus on women and dissident musicians. Over the years, her label has supported the development of diverse musical projects, combining production, audiovisual content, and community-building initiatives.

In addition to her work as a producer, Francisca is the co-founder of Alianza Music Producers (AMP), a network that fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange among independent music producers.

In 2024, she participated in WOMEX (Worldwide Music Expo), where she presented the journey of La Peluquería Records over the past five years. Her talk explored the label’s origins, achievements, and future challenges in the ever-evolving independent music industry.
